When Isabelle Huot was young, her mother knew exactly what she liked! She'd slip on her apron and bake her up some muffins. Inspired by her recipe, she has created her own, with less sugar and a good helping of fibre and protein. Who knows? They may just stir up delicious memories for you, too! For 12 muffins, you will need: 1/3 cup (80 ml) vegetable oil 3/4 cup (180 ml) milk 1 egg 1/2 cup (125 ml) plain yogourt 0% m.f.
