Cucumber & Herbs Labneh
Also known as strained yogurt, or yogurt cheese, labneh is made from rayeb (a yogurt-like fermented milk) that has been strained of all its whey. The result is a soft spreadable cheese (still much thicker than yogurt) that preserves all the yogurt’s distinctive taste. This one’s flavoured with cucumber, herbs and garlic to enhance its refreshing qualities. Try it instead of cream cheese.
