Preheat oven to 400 F.
Peel and cut potatoes into quarters.
In a large bowl, combine Cajun spices with thyme leaves and 1 tbsp of the oil (double for 4ppl.) and add salt.
Add the potatoes to the bowl and stir to coat well.
Cook the potatoes
Put the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake the fries for 25 minutes in the oven, flipping them halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
Cook the broccoli
Bring a little water to a boil in a medium pot. Place the broccoli in a steamer above the water and steam for 3-4 min. Keep warm.
Season the steak
Preheat the grilling pan or BBQ.
Sprinkle steaks with 1 tbsp oil (double for 4 ppl.) and the steak spice. Press lightly so that the spices adhere to the meat. Add salt and pepper as needed.
Cook the steak
In an oiled grilling pan or BBQ, cook the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side
(or until it reaches an internal temperature of 160 F for medium).
Serve with fries and broccoli.
