Preheat the oven to 425°F
Prepare the doughs
Spread cornmeal around a work surface and roll out the pizza doughs using a rolling pin to form a round shape that is 1/2" (1 cm) thick. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Add the sauce
Using a spoon, spread the tomato sauce over the pizza doughs, leaving a space for the crust.
Garnish the pizzas
Slice the bacon, the artichoke hearts and the tomatoes. Spread them around the pizzas along with half of the mozzarella cheese.
Finish the pizzas
Sprinkle oregano, olives and remaining mozzarella over the pizzas. Drizzle olive oil.
Cook the pizzas and serve
Bake for 15 minutes, or until cheese is golden. After removing the pizzas, spread spinach around and serve.
