Cook the pasta
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring from time to time until pasta is cooked (al dente). Drain, and reserve. Save some cooking water for later.
Meanwhile, prepare the ingredients
Cut the chicken into cubes. Chop the sun-dried tomatoes and the basil. Thinly slice the green onion.
Cook the chicken
Toss chicken with Cajun seasoning
(spicy!) in a bowl. Salt and pepper to taste. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté chicken in butter for 5-7 minutes.
Prepare the sauce
Reduce the heat to low and add green onion, cream, sun-dried tomatoes and some salt and pepper to taste. Heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until warmed throughout.
Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce. Add reserved cooking water if more sauce is desired and toss well. Add basil and serve.
