Bake sweet potatoes

Prepare the sweet potatoes

Preheat the oven to 375F

Wash and cut the sweet potato into wedges. Toss in olive oil, salt and pepper to taste. Spread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Prepare the burgers

Prepare the meat

Finely chop the onion. In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.

Cook the meat

Form patties about 1 inch thick. In an oiled pan (or barbecue), cook the patties on medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side or until an internal cooking temperature of 160F is reached.

Prepare the coleslaw

Prepare the slaw

In a bowl, toss 2/3 of the cabbage mix in sauce mix (mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar)*, and add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside in the fridge.

Prepare the peanut sauce

Stir the peanut butter, 1/2 pouch of honey (full pouch for 4 servings), hot water (adjust quantity depending on desired thickness), and chipotle powder to desired taste (careful - spicy**) together in a bowl. Reserve.

Prepare burgers by topping burger buns with patties, peanut butter sauce and reserved cabbage mix.
