Prepare the ingredients

Cook the pasta

Preheat oven to 375 F

Add pasta to boiling water and cook until al dente, about 8 min. Drain, and then set aside in a large casserole dish. Keep 1 cup of cooking water.

Prepare the ingredients

Cut the chicken breast into bite sized pieces. Place into a bowl with 1 tbsp of olive oil (double for 4 ppl.) and Greek seasoning. Toss to coat thoroughly.

Mince garlic. Chop the green onions and separate the white from the green part. Slice the bacon.

Cook the bacon

In a pan over medium-high heat, fry the bacon until crispy. Remove when done and drain excess oil, leaving some in pan.

Cook the chicken

Add the garlic and the white part of the onion in the same pan and cook over medium heat for about 1 minute. Then add chicken to the pan, brown on all sides until cooked through.

Make the sauce

Make the sauce

Add the cream and green peas to the chicken pan and bring to a boil, whisking frequently for about 1-2 min. Add cooked pasta & some of the reserved water if the pasta is too dry. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Put the chicken, sauce and pasta in the casserole dish.

Sprinkle the bacon along with the mozzarella cheese. Bake in the oven for about 10 min or until cheese is bubbling, then remove and serve, garnish with green onions.
