Prepare the ingredients

Cook the orzo

Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the orzo about 10 min. Drain and set aside.

Meanwhile, prepare the ingredients for the orzo salad

Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Chop the spinach. Slice the green onion and shred the carrot.

Prepare the sauce

In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the curry powder. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix the ingredients for the orzo salad in a bowl

Put the orzo in a bowl and add the chickpeas, raisins, shredded carrots, sunflower seeds, green onions and spinach

Pour the sauce over the ingredients and stir well

Grill the beef

Cook the steak

Put the steak strips in a bowl and toss them with the garam masala. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Grill the beef strips on the pre-heated pan for about 5 min each side

Garnish and serve

Plate your meal

Divide the orzo salad into plates and top with grilled beef strips
