Cook the orzo
Bring a pot of water to boil and cook the orzo about 10 min. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, prepare the ingredients for the orzo salad
Rinse and drain the chickpeas. Chop the spinach. Slice the green onion and shred the carrot.
Mix the ingredients for the orzo salad in a bowl
Put the orzo in a bowl and add the chickpeas, raisins, shredded carrots, sunflower seeds, green onions and spinach
Pour the pre-mixed curry-yogurt sauce over the ingredients and stir well.
Cook the steak
Put the steak strips in a bowl and toss them with the garam masala. Heat the 1 tbsp olive oil (double for 4 ppl.) in a pan over medium heat. Grill the beef strips on the pre-heated pan for about 5 min each side.
Plate your meal
Divide the orzo salad into plates and top with grilled beef strips.
