Bring a big pot of salted water to a boil
Prepare the salad ingredients
Cut the potatoes into quarters. Thinly slice the green onion. Trim and cut the green beans in halves.
Boil potatoes and blanch green beans
In the boiling salted water, cook the beans for 2 minutes then remove. In the same saucepan of boiling water, cook the potatoes for 15-20 minutes
Meanwhile, grill the chicken
Whisk the BBQ sauce and the honey in a small bowl. Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Baste the chicken with 1/2 the sauce and grill for 10-12 minutes over medium high heat, flipping halfway and basting with the sauce as it cooks
Prepare the salad In a bowl, toss the potatoes with the green onion, the green beans, the mayonnaise, the white wine vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the chicken on a bed of potato and green bean salad.
