Prepare the burger ingredients
Heat a BBQ or grill pan over medium heat. Finely chop the shallot. Chop the mint.
Prepare the burgers
In a bowl, mix the ground chicken, half of the shallot, a third of the mint, the harissa, the spice mix and some salt and pepper. Form three patties per person.
Cook the burgers
Grill the patties on a well-oiled grill or pan, flipping once, until cooked through - about 10 minutes.
Prepare the slaw
While the patties are cooking, grate the carrot. Zest and juice the lemon. In a bowl, toss the remaining mint with the carrot, half the lemon juice and some salt.
Prepare the salad
In a bowl, whisk 1 Tbsp of olive oil (double for 4 ppl.) with the remaining lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Toss with the lettuce mix, shallot and cranberries.
Place 3 patties in each pita bread. Add in carrot slaw and crumbled feta.
Mix yogurt with lemon zest to taste. Serve pita with salad and yogurt dip.
