Prepare the ingredients
Preheat oven at 400F
Thinly slice the bacon.
Halve the cherry tomatoes.
Chop the basil and parsley.
Cook the pizza
Stretch the dough into pizza shaped rounds. Baste with 1 Tbsp of olive oil (double for 4 ppl.). Cover with the mozzarella, parmesan and brie cheese. Cook for 15 minutes until golden.
Cook the bacon
In a pan over medium-high heat, cook the bacon until well cooked.
Prepare the salad
In a small bowl, whisk a splash of olive oil, white vinegar and sugar until blended. Add a pinch of salt. Stir in the basil and parsley. Add the tomatoes. Gently toss to coat.
Top the pizza with the bacon, arugula and balsamic vinegar.
Serve with the salad.
