Marinate the pork
In a medium bowl, mix the porks strips with the sesame oil and soy sauce mix, the garlic (minced) and the red pepper flakes. Coat the strips well and let marinate.
Prepare the vegetables
Mince the green cabbage. Finely slice the green onion and separate the white and green parts.
Cook the green cabbage
Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or a wok over medium-high heat. Add the green cabbage and brown for 4 minutes. Reduce heat to medium and add the white part of the green onion. Cook 2 more minutes. Remove everything from the skillet and set aside in a large bowl.
Cook the pork
Remove the pork strips from the marinade and cook 2-3 minutes in the same skillet over medium-high heat (reserve the marinade).
Heat the Cajun sauce
Pour the marinade into the skillet, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to medium. Incorporate the cabbage and the udon noodles. Cook 1-2 minutes stirring well to separate the noodles and coat everything with sauce.
Serve the stir fry
Serve the spicy pork stir fry in bowls or plates and garnish with the green part of the onion. Enjoy!
