Preheat oven to 400F
Stretch the dough into pizza shaped rounds. Baste with 3/4 Tbsp of olive oil (double for 4 ppl.) Quarter the dates and crumble the blue cheese. Roughly slice the prosciutto. Chop the rosemary leaves.
Build pizzas and cook
Garnish the dough with the parmesan cheese, then add the prosciutto, the dates and the blue cheese. Add the rosemary.
Cook in oven for 15 minutes until crust is golden.
Caramelize the nuts
Add 1 Tsp of butter (double for 4 ppl.) in a pan over medium-high heat. Let it melt, then add maple syrup and stir. Add walnuts and cook while stirring for 2 minutes. Add a pinch of salt.
In a small bowl, mix 1/4 Tbsp of olive oil (double for 4 ppl.), balsamic vinegar and the dijon mustard.
Mix the lettuce and the walnuts and add the dressing.
Remove pizza from oven and serve with salad.
