Preheat oven to 400°F
Peel the shrimps.
Chop the spinach.
Slice the cucumber.
Peel and grate the carrot.
Warm 1 Tbsp of vegetable oil (double for 4 ppl.) in a pan over medium-high heat. Add the shrimps and cook 2-3 minutes on each side.
Make the sauce
In the same pan, add the pizza sauce, the Italian spices and the spinach. Cook for 1 minute.
Build and cook the calzones
Lay the flour and roll the pizza doughs into rounds. Fill the middle with the shrimp mixture and the mozzarella cheese. Fold the dough and close with fingers, or a fork. Put the calzone on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and put in the oven for 20 minutes.
Mix the lettuce, the cucumber, the carrots, the cider vinegar and a splash of olive oil.
Serve the hot calzone with the green salad.
