Prepare the ingredients
Bring a pot of salted water to boil. Mince the garlic and the ginger. Chop the green onion. Break the broccoli onto florets and slice the red pepper. Peel and clean the shrimps.
In a bowl, whisk the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger together.
Warm 1 Tbsp of olive oil (double for 4 ppl) in a pan over medium-high heat. Add broccoli and cook for 3 minutes, then add red pepper and cook for another 3 minutes.
In the meantime, place noodles in water and cook for about 4-5 minutes, until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Add the shrimps and the sauce to the pan, and cook the shrimps about 1-2 minutes per side.
Add the noodles to the pan and mix quickly. Serve.
