Bavette is the French name for flank steak and refers to a highly flavourful, loosely textured flat cut of meat. The Angus Prime flank steak is the show-stopping, mouth-watering centerpiece of this excellent meal and is served with mashed potatoes, bell peppers and Brussel sprouts.
