Protein : Barley, Soybean, Coconut oil, Tamari, Olive oil, Grape seed oil, Lemon, Bbq spices, Liquid smoke, Korean chili flakes, Salt, Xanthan gum. Seed topping: Pumpkin seeds, Sunflower seeds, Kasha (roasted buckwheat), Montreal steak spice.
