Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Zest the lemon. Cut the broccolini into small pieces.
Roast the almonds
Heat a pan over high heat. Roast the almonds 3 minutes until colored. Remove from the pan.
Cook the pasta
Add the pasta to the boiling water. Cook 3 minutes. Add the broccolini and cook 1 minute. Drain. Mix with half of the parmesan, the lemon zest and juice, a drizzle of oil, salt and pepper.
Cook the fish
Pat the fish dry. Add salt and pepper. Add a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the fish 4-5 minutes on each side or until it's cooked. Remove from the pan. Garnish with the pesto, tomatoes and almonds. Add the rest of almonds to the pasta, to taste.
Plate your dish
Serve the fish with the pasta. Bon appétit!
