Preheat the oven to 450°F.
Thinly slice the tomatoes, the bocconcini and the basil.
Roll the dough
Put the flour on the kitchen counter. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin in order to get one large pizza or two small ones. Put on a sheet pan lined baking paper (lightly oil the baking paper beforehand).
Garnish the pizza
Garnish the pizza with a drizzle of oil, the tomato slices, the bocconcini and the parmesan. Add salt and pepper. Add chili flakes or your favorite hot sauce as desired. Bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
Plate your dish
Mix the arugula with a drizzle of oil, a drizzle of balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. Garnish the pizza with the augula and basil. Serve. Bon appétit!
