Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Cut the tomatoes in half. Chop the parsley, garlic and nuts. Thinly slice the mushrooms.
Cook the gnocchi
Cook the gnocchi until they float to the surface. Drain.
Cook the mushrooms
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan over medium high heat. Cook the mushrooms and the tomatoes 3-4 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Remove from the pan.
Sear the gnocchi
Add a drizzle of oil to the pan, then add the drained gnocchi to the pan and cook 3-4 minutes until colored.
Add the ingredients
Add the mushrooms, tomatoes, arugula, parsley, garlic, half of the feta and a drizzle of oil. Cook 2-3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Plate your dish
Serve and garnish with the rest of feta and the nutst. Bon appétit!
