Preheat oven to 450F
Thinly slice the mozzarella and marinate in the balsamic vinegar. Flour a work surface and lower the dough using a roller or simply stretch it with floured hands.
Prepare the dough
Place the dough on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush the dough with olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Finely slice the tomatoes and arrange them on the dough leaving a 3 cm border.
Slice and spread the mozarella evenly over the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper.
Cook the pizza and serve
Place the pizza in the oven for 15 minutes. Add the chopped basil to pizza and serve.
