Cook the pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 minutes or until pasta is al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water and set aside.
Cook the garlic
Mince garlic. Add to an oiled pan with pepper flakes
(spicy!) over medium heat and cook 1 min.
Cook the sausage
Add the sausage meat and cook 4 minutes more.
Cook the veggies
Dissolve 1/2 broth cube (1 cube for 4 ppl.) in 1/2 cup of water (double for 4 ppl.). Add flour and mix well.
Add rapinis and chicken broth to the pan and continue cooking 4 minutes.
Add cooked pasta to the pan, mix well and garnish with parmesan. Serve immediately.
